Daniel (he/him) was born in Baltimore, MD, but grew up in the Bay Area. He is a pastor's kid who had the privilege of watching parishioners juggle IPO's, acquisitions and spirituality all at the same time. Daniel currently works at an AdTech company in Los Angeles. When he's not working, he loves writing about the many intersections between community, religion, productivity and racial reconciliation. He hopes to catalyze change by creating space for uncomfortable conversations where anyone can learn something from everyone. When it comes to his day-to-day, Daniel starts each morning with a high-intensity workout. Hobby-wise, he loves roasting his own coffee and engaging in 30-minute chats with new and old friends. Open-ended, thoughtful questions are his favorite and he loves to do the same for others. He loves any kind of taco with any type of meat and will almost never turn down food when offered. He has a BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
